If your RV is a match, we’ll reach out to connect—Class A, B, and C motorhomes as well as newer travel trailers with bunks are the most popular. After a quick chat, we’ll send over the management agreement and schedule your drop-off. Once your RV arrives, our team does a full inspection, gets it rental-ready, and from there, we take care of everything. We’ll store, clean, maintain, and rent your RV while you enjoy the income, stress-free.
Owners in our program often see strong annual returns—motorhomes typically bring in $6,000–$12,000+, while travel trailers earn around $4,000–$7,000+. While income can vary, our priority is keeping your RV booked at top rates so you maximize your investment. We have contracts with festivals and events as well as a ton of repeat renters to maximize bookings on your RV. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a clear statement breaking down all rental activity, and payouts are sent promptly—usually via Zelle—alongside your statement.

Every rental booked through our system includes commercial insurance coverage by default. All you need to do is keep your personal RV policy active—no changes required. The supplemental rental coverage applies automatically to every rental, giving you extra protection without any extra costs.
Renters are responsible for any damage during their trip. We collect a security deposit from every guest and thoroughly screen and train them before they rent your RV. To lower risk even more, many of our bookings are delivery. For any mechanical or systemic issues on the RV like a water pump or A/C failure, costs remain the owner’s responsibility. Our team can handle diagnostics and repairs quickly to keep your RV earning, but those expenses are billed back to you. To keep your RV in top shape, we stay proactive—inspecting tires, greasing slides, and checking roofs and seals regularly. With our program, your RV is cared for like it’s our own and kept rental-ready all season long.
